Withdrawal from purchase contract

Under § 1829 of the Civil Code, as a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods - without giving any reason.

Just the order number and the e-mail you used when placing the order.

You will find it in the confirmation e-mail (e.g. ABCDEF1234 or 1170).
The same e-mail used when placing the order.

What you should know

The deadline is 14 days from receipt of the goods. If the order was divided into several packages, we count the deadline from receipt of the last of them.

What we need from you:

  1. Fill out this form (takes about a minute).
  2. Send the goods back no later than 14 days from the date of submission of the request. You will find shipping instructions after submitting the form.
