TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

 1. We send the goods by:

Out of EU by Česká pošta (Czech Post) as International Standard Parcel or as Uninsured International ordinary mail

     In EU by GLS

The costs of transporting goods and charges can be found in the cart while placing your order. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

The goods will be dispatched only after receipt of payment to the seller's account. If the mode of transport is agreed upon at the buyer's special request, the buyer bears the risk and covers all additional costs associated with this mode of transport.

 2. If the seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the place specified by the buyer in the order, the buyer is obliged to take over the goods upon delivery.

 3. If, for any reasons of the buyer's needs, it is necessary to deliver the goods repeatedly or in a manner other than that specified in the order, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with the repeated delivery of the goods, or the costs associated with another delivery method.

 4. Upon receiving of the goods from the carrier, the buyer is required to check the integrity of the packaging of the goods and, in the event of any defects, notify the carrier without undue delay. In the event of a violation of the package indicating unauthorized entry into the consignment, the buyer is not obliged to take over the consignment from the carrier.

 5. Other parties' rights and obligations in the carriage of goods may alter the seller's special delivery terms when the seller is issued.

 6. If the customer selects a shipping method designated as “uninsured,” the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the shipment is not insured against loss, damage, or non-delivery. All risk of loss and/or damage to the goods shall pass to the customer at the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier. The seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure of delivery occurring during transport. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the customer shall not be entitled to assert any claims, including but not limited to complaints, refunds, or any form of compensation, arising out of or in connection with the transport of the shipment.
