Dear customers,
Due to changes affecting all postal carriers starting 1.1.2026 we will no longer be able to send your orders as Registered Letters.
Because of this, we have to implement these new changes:
In Europe
We have added a new courier to our e-shop – GLS. For all European countries delivery to address will be available and for some countries (in which GLS offers this service) delivery to a ParcelShop or ParcelBox will be available.
Outside of Europe
Your orders will be sent by Česká pošta (and their international partners, usually national Post carriers) as an International Standard Parcel. Unfortunately, we do not have any other viable options as FedEx, UPS and DHL are all more expensive. If you have a larger order (500 EUR +), there is always the option to send us an e-mail in which you can place the order (by sending us MPJ catalog numbers and amounts of pieces) and we will manually calculate the best shipping rate.
Due to trade measures recently introduced by the Trump administration, our carrier has temporarily suspended shipments to the United States. Thank you for your understanding.
If you find any mistake (primarily translations), please inform us about that via our contact form. Please include the link or catalog number of the part where you found the mistake. Thank you.
